If you receive a suspicious call and the caller claims to be a Paysera employee or someone else who needs your account information, asks for your personal or login details, or requests you to provide a code you have received by text message, please end the call immediately. Be advised that Paysera consultants do not call our clients unless the conversation has been arranged in advance, and they certainly do not ask for your personal information.
However, if you have shared your personal information and third parties have managed to access your Paysera account, or if you have noticed payments made without initiating them, please contact Paysera Client Support immediately. You can find the contact information here.
Please provide as much detail as possible during the call with the consultant so that they can take the necessary action.
We also recommend that you learn and be aware of how scammers try to steal your money, and never reveal your personal details! Paysera cares about your financial security, which is why we share information about the most common types of financial fraud, tips on how to protect yourself from online scams, and how to keep your Visa card details safe.
