Fees may apply when paying with the Visa payment card or when withdrawing cash at ATMs. The amount of the fee depends on the country and the currency in which the payment transaction is made or cash is withdrawn.
Fees when paying with the payment card online or at physical points of sale:

If the payment is made in EU* countries in EUR currency – the payment is always free.

If the payment is made in EU* countries in a non-EUR currency, one operation will cost you 0.10 EUR + 0.70 % of the amount (currency conversion fee).

If the payment is made outside the EU (in any currency) – one transaction will cost you 0.10 EUR + 1.20 % of the amount (currency conversion fee).
Fees for the withdrawal of cash at ATMs:

If you withdraw cash in an EU* countries in EUR currency, one withdrawal operation will cost you only 1 EUR.

If you withdraw cash in an EU* countries, but in non-euro currency, one operation will cost you 1 EUR + 1.80 % of the amount (currency conversion fee).

If you withdraw money outside the EU* (in all currencies) – one operation will cost you 1.50 EUR + 1.80 % of the amount (currency conversion fee).
