If your payment was declined, but it is Reserved in your Paysera account. Such payments can stay in Reserved up to 8 calendar days, counting from the day it was made. In the 8 days, the merchants’ payment processor will accept or decline the payment.
· If it stays in Reserved for more than 8 days, please contact us so we can contact the card issuer and ask them to release the money in your Paysera account.
· If the merchant decline it, the money is returned automatically in your Paysera account.
· If the merchant accept it, please ask the merchant for a refund.
· If the merchant refuses to refund you, please contact us so we can provide you with a Chargeback form.
