13.09. Refund of a Сompleted Payment

A refund can be performed in two ways by selecting:

Payment gateway > List of payments
ACCOUNT INFORMATION > Account statement

Find the payment you want to refund. In the payment details, you will see a refund icon with two arrows. Click on it to perform a refund.
