7.15. I performed an internal transfer by indicating an email address / phone number of the recipient, but the recipient does not see the money on his/her account.

Check with the recipient whether the indicated email address / phone number is associated with the account of the recipient. If not, the recipient will not receive the money to his account until he associates his email address / phone number with the account. To do that, the recipient needs to log in to his account, select SETTINGS > Account settings and add the email address / phone number to the account.
