3.12 My name/surname has changed. How to change it in the system?

If your surname has changed, you can update your details by submitting your new identity document (ID card or passport), containing your new name.

You can submit your document via the Paysera app by downloading it to your smartphone. In this case, log in to your Paysera app, tap on the Profile icon in the upper left corner, then tap on View my profile and, after an additional menu bar opens, select Identity documents. Select your document type and take the indicated steps. A high-quality copy of a document with a photo of your face submitted by you will be verified within 4 working hours and your data will be changed in the system.
