3.12. My name/surname has changed. How to change it in the system?

If your name or surname has changed or you have incorrectly indicated it in the system, send us a request with a copy of your document attached.

To submit a request, click on the envelope in the upper-right corner of the page, and select Write a message. Make sure to attach a copy of your ID document so that we could see your name and surname on it.

Once the document has been received, we will change your data.
