7.11 Transfers to a Paysera user

You can transfer money to any other Paysera user (to natural or legal persons) by specifying their internal account number EVP**********, Paysera IBAN account number, email, or phone number.

If an email address or phone number is not linked to a specific account of the recipient or the recipient is not registered in the Paysera system, they will get an SMS message or an email with the instructions on how to register and receive the money. If the specified recipient is incorrect, the money will automatically be refunded to your account within 30 days or, in case you initiate a refund, in 3 days.

Internal transfers are possible in all currencies supported by Paysera. All internal transfers reach the recipient within a minute.
