3.12 My name/surname has changed. How to change it in the system?

If your name or surname has changed, you can update your details by submitting your new identity document (ID card or passport), containing your new name.

You can submit your document via the Paysera mobile app or website.
Via app: tap on the Profile icon in the upper left corner, then tap on View my profile, select Identity documents. Select your document type and take the indicated steps.
Via website: select Settings > Profile Settings > ID documents > follow the indicated steps.

A high-quality photo of the document and selfie will be verified within 1 business day and your data will be changed in the system.
