Yes, you can grant the company employees permissions to perform only certain or all account management operations.
Via website: Settings > Limits, Rights, Permissions and editing Additional access permissions or Rights and transfer limits for a selected person.
Via mobile app: Click on the top left corner for Settings > Business account > Account > Permissions.
