18.01. THE RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA

To get access to your personal data processed by Paysera, please submit request according to the provided form. Make sure to indicate your full name and sign the request with your qualified electronic signature. Specify the way you would prefer to receive a response (via email, via registered mail or at the branch). In case you don’t specify any, a response will be sent through the same channel the request was received.

Having received your request, Paysera will provide the required data or the reason for refusal to provide such data within the period set by legislation.

 

Data provision via email

If you have chosen to receive data via email, the data will be encrypted and sent to the email address specified by you. The decryption code will be sent via SMS to the phone number indicated in your account.

If you are a client of Paysera, a response will be sent to your email address indicated as your contact email address in your account in the Paysera system.

If you are not a client of Paysera, in your request, please indicate the email address you would prefer to receive a response to, the data you wish to obtain and the phone number to which the decryption code will be sent.

 

Data provision via registered mail

If you have chosen to receive data via registered mail and you are a client of Paysera, a response will be sent to the address that had been specified in the Paysera system as the address of your official residence.

If you are not a client of Paysera, in your request, please indicate the address to which you would prefer to receive a response, and we will send the data to the specified address.

 

Data provision at the branch

If you have chosen to receive data at the branch, please arrive at the branch of Paysera located on Pilaitės pr. 16, Vilnius, (the Republic of Lithuania) I-V from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Make sure to have your ID document with you.

 

Remuneration for data provision

Once in a calendar year, data can be provided free of charge. For other cases, a remuneration for data provision not exceeding the data provision costs is set by Paysera, which is 10 EUR.
