In order to receive payments only in one currency, select Projects and Activities > My Projects, then click on Project settings > General project settings next to the project.
Scroll down to "Payout of collected payments" and select the desired currency next to "Automatically exchange all the payments received in another currency into:" and all payments you receive will be automatically converted into the selected currency.
