13.06 A buyer had paid and I have received the payment, but the funds are frozen. Why?

A payment can be frozen for a different period of time depending on the payment method used by the buyer.

You can see the period of time for which the payment is reserved in your account by selecting Accounts and Cards > Account Overview and clicking on the active amount, you will see when the funds were specifically reserved.
