The time of card delivery depends on the selected delivery method and country. Possible delivery methods:
- non-registered mail
- registered mail
- DHL
- the card may also be collected at the Paysera Client Service Centre in Vilnius.

Travel address (available only in the mobile app), gives you the option the card to be delivered to an address outside the EEA.
After ordering a card, you will be able to see a preliminary delivery date on your account. Please note that due to parcel and mail delays, the delivery term may be longer than specified in the system.
The cards are issued and delivered to clients with documents and residence address from EEA countries only.
