Paysera reserves the right to block your Visa payment card or block your account if:
suspect unauthorised or fraudulent use of your card or account;
have any other security concerns;

need to do so to comply with the law;

if you fail to pay fees or charges that you have incurred or fail to pay back any negative balance on your card; or

there are other reasons for such actions under the legislation or the General Payment Services Agreement.
We may also restrict the possibility to use your card and/or account if we think that these means may be used for money laundering or terrorism financing, fraud, or other criminal purposes.
