If you decide that you no longer want to use the card and would like to cancel it, you can do this by logging in to your Paysera account via a browser or the mobile app.
Log in to your Paysera account on a browser and select from the menu on the left Accounts and Cards > Payment Cards > click on the active card number > Temporarily block / Cancel > Block permanently.
In the mobile app select Cards > Freeze > Cancel card.
Cancellation of the activated card is free of charge and becomes effective immediately, and the Visa payment card account in such cases becomes a standard current account.
Note! Permanently blocked/canceled cards can not be reactivated.
