You can temporarily block your Visa payment card on the website and the mobile app.
Via web: select Accounts and Cards > Payment Cards > choose the card you want to block > in the opened window, select Temporarily block / Cancel and then Block temporarily.
Via app: select Cards > Freeze.
You can activate your card in the same sections by clicking on Unblock on the web/Unfreeze on the app.
Having blocked your card temporarily, the card service agreement will not be terminated, but you won’t be able to pay with the card. Temporary card blocking is free of charge and takes effect immediately. If a card is temporarily blocked for more than 6 months, it will be blocked permanently and the card service agreement will be terminated.
