If a payment with the Visa card has failed, please check:

whether the balance on the Visa payment card account is sufficient.

whether you entered the PIN code correctly. If you entered the PIN code incorrectly 3 times, it is possible that your card has been blocked.

whether your card is physically damaged, bent, or broken. In such cases, the payment may fail.

whether your card is still valid. If the card has expired, you will not be able to make payments.

whether when paying online you entered the correct CVV code. If you have entered the CVV code incorrectly 3 times, it is possible that your card has been blocked.

whether when paying online you have blocked the 3-D Secure.
- whether Visa payment cards are accepted at the place of payment.
