You can become a Paysera client from the age of 7.
All information on how to register in the Paysera system and perform identification is available in FAQ section 1.03 Identification.
We would like to inform you that according to clause 2.5 of the General Payment Services Agreement, in the case of minors wishing to use Paysera services, parental (guardian) consent is required. You can provide the consent by the following means:
- By sending the electronically signed consent form via email. A copy of the parent's/guardian's ID document and a copy of the minor's birth certificate or guardianship document must be attached to the email. You can download the parental consent form here: https://www.paysera.com/f/Parental_consent_EN.pdf
- Consent can be given at the Vilnius Client Service Centre. One of the parents/guardians has to present the consent form together with their ID document and the minor's birth certificate or guardianship document.
- If one of the parents is a registered and verified client of Paysera, the consent form can be sent by email from the email address registered in the parent's/guardian's account. A copy of the minor's birth certificate or guardianship document must be attached to the email.
- During a video call. The minor must participate together with one of their parents/guardians. During the video call, we will ask you to show the parent's/guardian's ID document and the minor's birth certificate or a document certifying guardianship. If you do not agree to the video being recorded, please choose a different method for additional client identification. We've put together an easy-to-follow, step-by-step guide for you on how to make a video call and sign in to Google Meet, all in our blog post. Just give us a call whenever you're ready for the video call to take place. Video calls are performed exclusively during business days, from Monday to Friday.
