In case an event organiser wants to issue a VAT invoice, they need to enable the VAT invoicing feature in the self-service of the event.

How to enable the VAT invoicing feature?

Step 1

If the VAT invoicing feature is enabled, you can issue invoices in two ways:

1. At the point of selecting a payment method, tick Invoice needed and proceed with buying. You will be redirected to the VAT invoice data form.

2. In the email letter with tickets received, click the link to receive a VAT invoice. You will be redirected to the VAT invoice data form.

Step 2

Fill in the invoice data and click on Issue invoice.

The invoice will be sent to the same email address where you have received the tickets.
