9.20. What should I do if my Visa card has been stolen or lost?

If your card has been lost or stolen, or you suspect that another person may know your PIN code or personalised security data, block the card immediately after logging in to your Paysera account via the browser or Paysera app:

  • Log in to your Paysera account

  • Transfer all funds from your card account to another Paysera account of yours

  • In the menu on the left, select Accounts and Cards > Payment Cards  

  • Choose the card that has been lost

  • In the opened window, select Temporarily block/ Cancel, then Cancel.

Your card will be blocked and canceled.

If you cannot log in to Paysera account immediately or you think that unauthorised actions might be performed on your account, please immediately contact Paysera Client Service Centre.

Note: You are fully responsible for the safety of your funds before notifying us about your card loss.
