9.17. My payment with a card has failed, what should I do?

If payment with Paysera Visa payment card has failed, please check:

  • whether the balance on the Visa card account is sufficient for payment. How to top up Paysera Visa card is shown here.
  • whether you entered the PIN code correctly. If you entered the PIN code incorrectly 3 times, it is possible that your card has been blocked. In such case please contact the Client Service Centre.
  • whether your card is physically damaged, bent or broken. In such case the payment may fail. Please contact Client Service Centre regarding replacement of the card.
  • whether your card is still valid. If the card has expired, you will not be able to make a payment.
  • whether when paying online you entered a correct CVV code. If you have entered the CVV code incorrectly 3 times, it is possible that your card has been blocked. In such case please contact the Client Service Centre.
  • whether when paying online you have blocked 3D Secure 2.0 security program. In such case please contact the Client Service Centre.
  • whether Visa type payment cards are accepted in the place of payment.
  • If you are still unable to pay – contact the Client Service Centre.
