9.17. My card payment has failed, what should I do?

If a payment with the Visa payment payment card has failed, please check:

  • whether the balance on the Visa payment card account is sufficient for payment. How to top up the Visa payment card is shown here.
  • whether you entered the PIN code correctly. If you entered the PIN code incorrectly 3 times, it is possible that your card has been blocked. In such cases, please contact Client Support.
  • whether your card is physically damaged, bent, or broken. In such cases, the payment may fail. Please contact Client Support regarding the replacement of the card.
  • whether your card is still valid. If the card has expired, you will not be able to make a payment.
  • whether when paying online you entered the correct CVV code. If you have entered the CVV code incorrectly 3 times, it is possible that your card has been blocked. In such cases, please contact Client Support.
  • whether when paying online you have blocked the 3-D Secure 2.0 security programme. In such cases, please contact Client Support.
  • whether Visa payment cards are accepted at the place of payment.
  • If you are still unable to pay – contact Client Support.
