Check whether you have entered the project password into the Signature password field.

The project password can be found in your account by selecting Projects and Activities > My projects and clicking on Project settings > General project settings.

Please make sure the plugin versions and the API specifications match. Also, the address may be broken or with a space at the end, which is a special symbol that can cause an incorrect generation.
