13.12. A buyer had paid and I have received the payment, but the funds are frozen. Why?

Please pay your attention to the payment method selected by the buyer. If the buyer pays at Maxima, Lithuanian post, Lietuvos spauda or Rkiosk kiosks, in cash at a bank branch or via the Lithuanian Credit Union, the payment amount is reserved for a set period of time. You can see the period of time for which the payment is reserved in your account by selecting Account statement and clicking on the active amount.
