13.06 A buyer had paid and I have received the payment, but the funds are frozen. Why?

Please pay attention to the payment method selected by the client. If the client pays at Maxima, Perlo Paslaugos, Lithuanian post and Paypost, in cash at a bank branch or via the Lithuanian Credit Union Bank link, the payment amount is reserved for a set period of time.

You can see the period of time for which the payment is reserved in your account by selecting Accounts and Cards > Account Overview and clicking on the active amount, you will see when the funds were specifically reserved.
