7.11. Payment (transfer) cancellation

If you performed and signed the transfer but would like to cancel it, firstly, check your transfer status by selecting Transfers > List of Transfers > Not executed. You will see the option to cancel if it is still possible. In this case, check the box next to the transfer and click Cancel.

If there is no option to cancel, please follow the instructions below:

Transfers to other Paysera users – this type of transfer reaches the recipient within seconds; therefore, there is no option to cancel. You need to contact the recipient directly to cancel or refund the transfer. If you are not able to reach the recipient, please contact our Client Support.

SEPA (non-urgent) transfers  please contact our Client Support to cancel this type of transfer. If Paysera has not yet sent the transfer, the money will be refunded to your account in a matter of minutes. However, if the transfer has been already sent, the cancellation is possible only with the recipient's permission. You can find more information and the cancellation fees here

SEPA Instant transfers – this type of transfer reaches the recipient within seconds; therefore, there is no option to cancel, and the refund is possible only with the recipient's permission. You can find more information and the cancellation fees here

International and non-euro transfers – please contact our Client Support, and we will provide you with information on conditions (period of time, cancellation fee), depending on the relevant bank, on which your transfer can be cancelled.
