1.03 Identification

Paysera LT, UAB is a licensed electronic money institution and is regulated by the supervisory authority the Bank of Lithuania and laws which regulate the procedure for due diligence of customers and identification. Personal data of Paysera LT clients is processed in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the privacy policy.

Clients must identify themselves in order to use Paysera services. A passport or ID card, and a filled in Know Your Customer questionnaire are required for identification. The document can be submitted by logging in to your Paysera account via a computer with a camera or via the Paysera app. 

1. Identification via PC with a camera. Please log in to your personal Paysera account, click on “Carry out identification” at “Submit a photo of your personal document”, click on “Perform” and submit a photo of the document and your face. Please also fill in the Know Your Customer questionnaire. If you submit a high-quality copy of the document together with a photo of your face and fill in the questionnaire correctly, your identity will be confirmed within 4 working hours.
2. Identification via the App. Please log in to your account and tap on “Incomplete verification”. Please perform all given identification steps in the app. If you submit a high-quality copy of the document together with a photo of your face and fill in the questionnaire correctly, your identity will be confirmed within 4 working hours.

If you have added an email address to your Paysera account, we will send information about the status of document verification to it.
