 1. Postcode of the sender or recipient:

2. Phone number formats:

For all countries, you need to write the phone number with the country code:

3. Quantity of parcels:

When the payer orders a delivery, they can add several items to the order. Before confirming the delivery, review the order and, if necessary, edit it to leave the right number of items

 

4. Delivery types:

Courier – Courier (courier arrives at the sender's address, collects the parcel and delivers it to the address of the recipient)

Courier – Locker (courier arrives at the sender's address, collects the parcel and delivers it to the locker chosen by the recipient)

Locker – Courier (sender needs to drop off the parcel at the locker and the courier will deliver it to the address of the recipient)

Locker – Locker (sender needs to drop off the parcel at the locker and the recipient will collect it from the locker)

 

5. Payment reservation for the delivery order:

When the delivery order is confirmed, the system will reserve the payment and take it from the account on the first day of the next month.

 

6.  When the delivery type is “Locker – Locker or Locker – Courier”, you do not need to call the courier. 

Just generate the label and you do not need to click the button “Get manifest and call courier”
