23.02 How does the delivery service work?

After adding the items to the shopping cart, customers will be able to choose their preferred delivery method and the courier.
If there is a delivery fee, it will be added to the product price and then the customer will pay the cart total.
Merchant will be able to see all new orders in their Paysera account (Delivery > Deliveries) straight away.
The delivery process will start immediately after merchant checks the details and confirms the order.

Important. You can manage and change the order (e.g., change the delivery date or address) only before the confirmation. When the order is confirmed the order amount will be reserved in your account and no more changes will be possible.
