6.07. Indebtedness

In case you have any indebtedness on your account(-s), you can cover it by replenishment. the indebtedness will be covered automatically as soon as you replenish the account.

Make sure to replenish the indebted account.

You can check the indebtedness in your account by clicking on ACCOUNTS AND CARDS > Account balance. The indebted amount will be displayed with the minus sign next to it.

Click on the amount in order to view the reasons of the indebtedness.

Information regarding replenishment of a Paysera account can be found in section ACCOUNTS AND CARDS > Add funds of your account. You can also replenish your Paysera account by a standard transfer from your bank account (only in EUR currency and only from SEPA countries). In this case, the IBAN number of your Paysera account must be indicated when performing a transfer.

IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAD BEEN CLOSED, and you have received a message that you have an indebtedness

You can transfer the indebted amount to our Swedbank account

LT227300010086385047 (only EUR and only from banks in Lithuania). Make sure to indicate for debt of Name Surname/ personal code in the Purpose of payment field. Having covered the indebtedness, inform us about it by writing a letter to skolininkai@paysera.lt.


In case you want to cover an indebtedness in another currency or from a bank of another country, provide us with the information on which currency and from which country you would like to pay, and we will send you all the necessary details.
