3.06 Your phone number has changed and you cannot log in to your Paysera account
  • If you no longer have the phone number that has been confirmed in the Paysera account and you would like to change it to a different one, we recommend logging in to the account by using the Paysera app. By logging in to the account this way, you will no longer have to perform any additional confirmation of the login. After logging in, you will be able to enter a new phone number and confirm it in the left-hand menu by selecting Setting (cog wheel) > View my profile > Linked phone numbers > Link additional phone number. Confirm the newly added number and set it as the phone number where confirmations should be sent, you can do this at Phone number for confirmations.
  • If you cannot log in to your account by using the Paysera app, contact the Client Support regarding adding a new phone number. Please note that, in order to add a new phone number to your Paysera account, first, for security reasons, we will have to identify you once again via a video call.  

NB. One phone number may be added and used only by one Paysera client. If a phone number has already been used and has been approved for another person, you will not be able to add it to your account.
