1.03. I see 0 in my balance when logged in to LightSMS

After you first log in to LightSMS, your LightSMS account will be linked to your Paysera account. Therefore you need to link your LightSMS account with the account you want to use for sending messages.

If you see Account balance 0, although you have funds on the account, click on "Link to another account here". An approval confirmation for account selection should open. Choose the account you want to perform further payments from and click on Confirm approval and continue.

You will be redirected to the homepage of LightSMS where you will be able to see the account balance which is equal to the account balance in your Paysera account (e.g. 450.15 / 0 EUR).
